Summary: the cabin was further outside of Lexington than we thought when booked. Otherwise, a very nice cottage in a beautiful setting. The falls leaves were amazing.

Summary: Cottage was well appointed, adorably decorated, and in a gorgeous location. We slept so soundly here and enjoyed looking at the stars at night from the porch. We recommend arriving before dark because of the rural nature of the roads and using a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get up the final hill to the cottage.

Summary: Awesome property to stay at for weddings at the Seclusion or other nearby venues! Extremely clean with everything that we needed for our stay.

Summary: Stayed here with my 6 year old son for a few days while we checked out the VA Safari Park and area. It was a very comfortable stay in a luxury cabin. Felt like camping but with all the creature comforts! :) Space is used very well and details are paid attention to for comfort and luxury. Even though the kitchen is small, the oven works like a normal oven and there are 2 gas burners. Would love to stay here again!

Summary: The cottage was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well-equipped. The weekend of our stay was a bit too windy for the outdoor gas fire, but we enjoyed the indoor gas fire. The beds were really comfy. The drive from downtown Lexington up to the cabin was slow-going - we were glad to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle, especially for the driveway.

Summary: We had a great time and it was an adorable place to stay. I would have given a 5 star, but was disappointed to find out on the day of arrival the gas grill was not operable. I had prepared both dinners for the grill and had to re-work the dinner meals on a two burner stove and a portable oven. The firepit ran out of gas as well.
